Experience & Values

I have 20 years of experience supporting individuals, groups, and organizations using systems and strengths based perspectives as a facilitator, instructor, coach, and therapist. I understand and leverage the dynamics involved in creating individual, group, and organizational change. I thrive as part of a team, collaborating to co-create robust solutions.

Education

I use my educational background and training to bring rigorous critical thought, reliance on evidence-based solutions, and generation of novel approaches to innovation, change, and development opportunities. I hold a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University, a Masters of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Bucknell University. I continue to pursue my passion for learning and education through teaching courses related to human resources at the University of Texas at El Paso and courses on leadership and group dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania. I am also trained and certified in multiple coaching methodologies to facilitate learning in others and to develop insights to create positive, sustainable change.
