Organizational Diagnosis & Development

Organizational change and development, begin with organizational diagnosis. Developing a full understanding of the organizational landscape is key to making decisions about potential strategies and avenues for change. At its heart, diagnosis is a collaborative effort between the consultant and key organizational members. It is a reiterative process of data collection and collaborative theorizing driven by the organization itself rather than by external prescriptions.

When you decide to invest in your organization's change and development, begin that journey by investing in the experiences and knowledge already embedded within. Accurate diagnosis and co-developed development efforts form the foundation of sustainable organizational change efforts.
